I submitted a credit card application to Burwood branch of National Bank Australia two months ago. The middle age Chinese guy told me approved. Just WAIT for the card to be delivered to my address.
After one month I didn't receive anything, then I called customer service. The operator told me he can't see any credit card application on my account and there is no evidence showing I applied for it. I told him the story how I stepped in to Burwood branch and submitted an application in detail, he decided to transfer my call to Burwood branch, after 20 mins holding, an Indian lady picked up my call and described how she interrupted the lender and found out the information for me, the result is I just have to WAIT the card is on the way.
After 10 days, I didn't receive anything still. I called NAB customer service again. This time they are unable to transfer my call to Burwood branch, because no one pick up the call. Not even 5pm yet!!! They transferred my call to their sale team and the lady will do a credit card application for me. after a long while, we went through everything, then she told me declined! The reason is low income. That's funny I have a proper and stable job and certain income, average in this industry. Do I have to be a millionaire to have a credit card? I guess that was 30 years ago, in now days, even a student can apply a credit card. I am too tired to argue. I decided to let it go.
Today, when I login to my internet banking, I found an extra account number there, starts from 45, I guess it’s visa card, so I called NAB they told me they approved this Velocity NAB Gold Card for me, I will receive two credit cards, one visa, one Amex! If I don’t check, they won’t tell me I have a credit card with them! Surprise!
That’s what happen when idiots run bank business! 7/16/2009
For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
若要优美的嘴唇,要说友善的话;
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.

A loving person lives in a loving world. A hostile person lives in a hostile world. Everyone you meet is your mirror. Mirrors have a very particular function. They reflect the image in front of them. Just as a physical mirror serves as the vehicle to reflection, so do all of the people in our lives.
When we see something beautiful such as a flower garden, that garden serves as a reflection. In order to see the beauty in front of us, we must be able to see the beauty inside of ourselves. When we love someone, it’s a reflection of loving ourselves. We have often heard things like “I love how I am when I’m with that person.” That simply translates into “I’m able to love me when I love that other person.” Oftentimes, when we meet someone new, we feel as though we “click”. Sometimes it’s as if we’ve known each other for a long time. That feeling can come from sharing similarities.
Just as the “mirror” or other person can be a positive reflection, it is more likely that we’ll notice it when it has a negative connotation. For example, it’s easy to remember times when we have met someone we’re not particularly crazy about. We may have some criticism in our mind about the person. This is especially true when we get to know someone with whom we would rather spend less time.
Frequently, when we dislike qualities in other people, ironically, it’s usually the mirror that’s speaking to us. I began questioning myself further each time I encountered someone that I didn’t particularly like. Each time, I asked myself, “What is it about that person that I don’t like?” and then “Is there something similar in me?” in every instance, I could see a piece of that quality in me, and sometimes I had to really get very introspective. So what did that mean?
It means that just as I can get annoyed or disturbed when I notice that aspect in someone else, I better reexamine my qualities and consider making some changes. Even if I’m not willing to make a drastic change, at least I consider how I might modify some of the things that I’m doing.
At times we meet someone new and feel distant, disconnected, or disgusted. Although we don’t want to believe it, and it’s not easy or desirable to look further, it can be a great learning lesson to figure out what part of the person is being reflected in you. It’s simply just another way to create more self-awareness.
3/7/2009 In Urban Dictory, one of the definitions of "love" is:
LOVE
The most spectacular,indescribable, deep euphoric feeling for someone.
Love is an incredibly powerful word. When you're in love, you always want to be together, and when you're not, you're thinking about being together because you need that person and without them your life is incomplete.
This love is unconditional affection with no limits or conditions: completely loving someone. It's when you trust the other with your life and when you would do anything for each other. When you love someone you want nothing more than for them to be truly happy no matter what it takes because that's how much you care about them and because their needs come before your own. You hide nothing of yourself and can tell the other anything because you know they accept you just the way you are and vice versa.
It's when they're the last thing you think about before you go to sleep and when they're the first thing you think of when you wake up, the feeling that warms your heart and leaves you overcome by a feeling of serenity. Love involves wanting to show your affection and/or devotion to each other. It's the smile on your face you get when you're thinking about them and miss them.
Love can make you do anything and sacrifice for what will be better in the end. Love is intense,and passionate. Everything seems brighter, happier and more wonderful when you're in love. If you find it, don't let it go.
One word frees us of all the weight and pain of life:
That word is love.

can apply to be my friend, if u think meet the requirements as above!6/4/2008 无锡政府强制拆迁的手段卑劣!

Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss,ends with a tear. When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die, you're the one smiling and everyone around you is crying. 5/27/2008 It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return. But what is more painful is to love someone and never find the courage to let that person know how you feel. A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be and you just have to let it go.

1/12/2006 My mother taught me TO APPRECIATE A JOB WELL DONE - "If you're going to kill each other, do it outside. I just finished cleaning!"

"But you're naked!" the mother-in-law exclaimed. "This is my love dress," the daughter-in-law explained. "Love dress? But you're naked!" " My husband loves me to wear this dress," she explained. "It excites him to no end. Every time he sees me in this dress, he instantly becomes romantic and ravages me for hours on end. He can't get enough of me." The mother-in-law left. When she got home, she undressed, showered, put on her best perfume, dimmed the lights, put on a romantic CD, and laid on the couch waiting for her husband to arrive. Finally, her husband came home. He walked in and saw her laying there so provocatively. "What are you doing?" he asked. "This is my love dress," she whispered, sensually. "Needs ironing," he said.
